About

A small studio that stays in the code.

Devector is a fully-remote engineering studio. We keep the team small and senior on purpose - the people you talk to are the people who build.

Devan Chohan

Devan Chohan founded Devector after years building software, data and AI inside media and content businesses - the kind of environments where a demo isn't worth much until it survives real traffic, real users and real governance.

He stays hands-on in every engagement. The studio's own products - What Stays, waycipher and ContextFence - exist for the same reason: the bar for client work is "would we ship this for ourselves?", and sometimes we do.

When a brief needs specialist depth, we call in the right trusted experts as and when needed, while the core team stays small, senior and hands-on.

How we work

Four things we don't compromise on.

01

Small team, senior only

No account layer, no juniors learning on your budget. The people you meet are the people who build.

02

Your cloud, your keys

Self-hosted by default. Your data and models stay inside your tenant, governed by you.

03

Working software early

Decisions get tested in the real system, not argued over in decks. You see something running fast.

04

Clean handover

Built and documented so your own team can run and extend it without us on the payroll.

Work with the studio.

Thirty minutes with the person who'll actually build it. No sales layer in between.
